We are a laid-back youth-focused triathlon club serving kids aged 10-14 (USAT race age) in and around the Washington, D.C. area. Kids have the opportunity to participate in several multi-sports events per year with the team and can get race-specific training for other races.

Although triathlon is an individual sport, members of the team benefit from encouragement and support from their teammates at races. Triathlons and other community races take a lot of effort to produce so we also volunteer at races or community events our team is not competing in to promote an understanding of the hard work and dedication involved in executing single and multi-sport events.

We encourage triathletes to train at home as well as at group training sessions. Coach will make suggestions on individual training each week at our group practices.  In addition, athletes can participate in our running group on Runkeeper.

Group training starts in the late spring with one practice per week at locations in NW, DC or Bethesda. We continue practices weekly through the last planned race of the season.  We also provide recommended training for athletes to complete on their own during the season.
